About Megan
Megan is an award-winning and multi-qualified businesswoman with a niche for turning ideas into reality. A leader in the circular economy and solar energy sectors, The Australian newspaper identified Megan as one of Australia's Top 100 Green Energy Players in 2023.
Megan's professional career started in town planning and urban design. This provided the perfect foundation to develop her strategic and collaborative approach to problem-solving. Over 20 years Megan has cultivated a diverse portfolio of work in various corporate, government, executive and grass-roots level appointments.

Megan's avid desire to have a positive impact led her to co-found Australia’s first peak body focused on the solar energy circular economy, Circular PV Alliance, and position Australia as a global leader in the growing circular economy sector. In 2022 Megan was awarded the Cresswell Prize by the EESA, a technical society of Engineers Australia. Megan was a Finalist in the 2023 Clean Energy Council Awards.

Megan has undertaken training in Professional Coaching including positive psychology and performance mindset and applies this knowledge in her professional and personal pursuits. Megan grew up living in remote parts of Australia and has called regional New South Wales home for 15 years.
